Q:     Why should people be prepared for 72 hours?

A:    It takes 72 hours to mobilize a relief effort in a significant way.  Therefore, people need to be self-sufficient for 3 days, before help can be expected.

  1. Know the Risks
  2. Make a Plan
  3. Prepare a Kit
