The RM of Ste. Anne accepts a variety of payment options for your convenience as outlined below.
Payments to the RM of Ste. Anne can be made in person at the Municipal Office using Canadian currency only.
Cheques made out to the "RM of Ste. Anne" can be mailed to the RM of Ste. Anne or dropped off at the RM Office along with the bottom portion of your tax bill. Please write the applicable Roll Number(s) or file reference in the memo field of the cheque. Post-dated cheques for the due date or earlier are also accepted and even recommended.
Debit payments can be made in person at the municipal office, however if the payment is for a larger amount, please ensure that your card's daily limit is adjusted to allow the full payment to be completed successfully.
An after hours drop slot is located at the back/staff door located by the solar panels. Please include the bottom portion of your tax bill with your cheque payment, and include an email address we can use to send your receipt. If making a payment for another matter, please include a detailed reference to the account, or file.
Online bill payments are accepted from all credit unions, TD Bank and Scotia Bank. When adding the RM as a payee, search “Ste. Anne RM”. Your account number is your Roll #. Please allow up to 5 business days for all electronic payments to reach our office. This method is recommended only for tax payments.
E-transfer payments for property taxes, invoices, or non-planning related matters can be sent to finance@rmofsteanne.com.

The municipal Customer Automated Funds Transfer (CAFT) program allows taxpayers to have monthly payments automatically withdrawn from a bank account and applied to their tax account. Please click here to be redirected to the application form.
