Request for Proposals - Daycare Centre

NEW LICENSED NON-PROFIT CHILD CARE CENTRE

The RM of Ste. Anne is seeking proposals from existing licensed, non-profit childcare providers interested in partnering with the Municipality to develop and operate a new public licensed daycare within the municipality.

The RM has secured land for the proposed project and, subject to funding and Council approval, intends to fund and oversee the design and construction of a new childcare facility. The successful proponent would be responsible for the licensing, staffing, programming, furnishing and ongoing operation of the centre under a long-term lease with the Municipality.

Notice of Nomination

Reminder to all individuals who have registered to run for Council / LUD Committee.

Nomination forms must be turned into the RM office in person on the following days: September 16, 17, 18, 21 or 22, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

Nomination forms must have a minimum of 25 signatures or 1% of eligible voters in the Ward / LUD, whichever is less. We recommend collecting more signatures than the minimum required.

All signatures must be for individuals currently on the voters list to be counted as valid.

Nominations cannot be accepted after September 22, 2026, at 4:30 pm.

Mun Rd 31E will be under construction, in both directions from Monday, August 24th, 2026 from 7:30 am till Friday August 28th, 2026 at 4:30pm due to road reshaping and gravelling.
