Septic Waste Disposal 

The RM of Ste. Anne's Environment Act License (for the municipal lagoon) states that we cannot accept septage (the stuff from your septic field tank) between October 15th and June 1^st of the following year.  Effluent from Holding Tanks is still acceptable. 

Residents are asked to make the necessary arrangements to respect these deadlines and manage their onsite wastewater management systems accordingly.

2025 LUD of Richer Wastewater Feasibility Study & Survey

In 2025, the RM of Ste. Anne Council and LUD of Richer Committee released a Feasibility Study and subsequent survey pertaining to sewer service in Richer.
