Library Membership Rebate Program

Memberships to the Bibliothèque Ste Anne Library are available for all residents of the RM of Ste Anne free of charge. 

However, if you prefer to use the Jake Epp Library in Steinbach instead, the Municipality will provide RM residents a $60 rebate, per calendar year, per household, to offset the cost of a membership. 

Who is eligible for the rebate?

To qualify for the rebate, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a resident of the RM of Ste. Anne (submit proof such as an ID or Utility Bill).
• Provide proof of library membership and payment.
• Submit a completed rebate application form within that calendar year

How much is the rebate?

The amount of the rebate is $60.

The rebate will be paid, per household, per year.

How can I claim the rebate?

Individuals who would like to claim the rebate can complete the form below and submit it, along with the supporting documents, to our office via email, mail or in person.

Other Information

Rebates will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to annual budget limits set by Council.
The Municipality reserves the right to amend or discontinue the program at any time.
